Cardedeu (Barcelona, Spain)

Sometimes less is more, and little is always better than nothing. Located in the far north east of Barcelona, the Cardedeu skatepark retained its second life with some essential skatepark elements like an A frame ledge and rail, a quarter-pipe, ledges, a speed bump, and a launch ramp. A nice yellow color combines nicely with the original, smooth red flatground. The overall concrete area lets each group of people have their own place and space. The skatepark is surrounded by the greens, benches and trees, providing the necessary shade for the hot summer days.
